UN Secretary-General António Guterres warned against escalation between Iran and the United States while speaking in Cairo, Egypt, UN News reported in its Daily Wrap on October 26.
GSM has previously reported that U.S. forces are positioned in the Middle East for a possible new round of strikes on Iran. Guterres delivered the warning in Cairo as tensions between Washington and Tehran continued to build.
