Wembanyama's 30 Points and 14 Rebounds Lead Spurs Past Kings 124-109 on the Road for Seventh Straight Win
SAN ANTONIO, Texas — The San Antonio Spurs beat the Sacramento Kings 124-109 on the road on the night of November 6, running their win streak to seven and improving to 7-2. Star Victor Wembanyama needed just 26 minutes to post 30 points, 14 rebounds, 2 blocks and 2 assists, staying red-hot. Two days earlier, Wembanyama had set a career high with 52 points against the Dallas Mavericks. San Antonio controlled the game from the opening minutes, with Wembanyama scoring efficiently in limited action as the streak grew to seven. Sacramento could not slow the Spurs' offense and fell at home. San Antonio's strong start, fueled by Wembanyama's sustained brilliance, is one of the franchise's best openings in years, and the Spurs will try to keep the streak going in their next game.
