召回范围按型号与批次识别，批次号印在镐柄侧面、镐柄上有白色「CAMP」字样：X-Dream（型号3570）批次10/24、07/25、10/25、12/25；X-Dream Total Dry（型号3609）批次10/24、07/25、11/25；X-All Mountain Hammer（型号3630）与X-All Mountain Adze（型号3631）批次均为10/24、09/25；另含单独出售的螺母螺栓配件包（型号3641）。这批为垂直冰壁攀登设计的冰镐由意大利制造，进口商为科罗拉多州戈尔登的C.A.M.P. USA Inc.，2025年11月至2026年9月在全美REI门店及Camp-usa官网、Backcountry、亚马逊、REI官网销售，售价30至330美元。厂家称，螺丝松动与反复拧紧、松开后螺丝与螺母间的咬合问题有关，相关报告自2026年9月起出现。

C.A.M.P. Recalls About 2,230 Mountain Ice Axes: A Screw Can Loosen and Detach the Handle or Pick, Covering Four X-Dream and X-All Mountain Models, Recall No. 27-070
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced on November 5 that C.A.M.P. is recalling about 2,230 mountain ice axes. The commission said a screw on the recalled axes can loosen during use, causing the handle or pick to detach, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a fall hazard. The action is a Fast Track recall, No. 27-070, and no injuries had been reported at the time of the announcement.
The recall is identified by model and batch, with the batch number on the side of the shaft and "CAMP" in white lettering on the shaft: X-Dream (model 3570), batches 10/24, 07/25, 10/25 and 12/25; X-Dream Total Dry (model 3609), batches 10/24, 07/25 and 11/25; X-All Mountain Hammer (model 3630) and X-All Mountain Adze (model 3631), batches 10/24 and 09/25; plus the nut-and-bolt accessory kit sold separately as model 3641. The axes, designed for vertical ice climbing, were manufactured in Italy and imported by C.A.M.P. USA Inc. of Golden, Colorado. They were sold at REI stores nationwide and online at Camp-usa.com, Backcountry.com, Amazon.com and REI.com from November 2025 through September 2026 for between $30 and $330. The firm linked the loosening to a galling issue between the screw and the nut after repeated tightening and loosening, with reports of loosening beginning in September 2026.
The CPSC told consumers to stop using the recalled ice axes immediately and register on the firm's recall page to receive a free repair kit. Consumers may repair the axes themselves using the kit instructions or have the firm do the repair; the firm will send a prepaid shipping label and packaging for returns.
