Susan G. Komen Dallas/Fort Worth 3-Day Walk Raises $1.9 Million With 720 Participants
The Susan G. Komen Foundation announced on Nov. 7 that the 2026 Dallas/Fort Worth 3-Day walk has concluded, with 720 walkers and crew raising $1.9 million to support breast cancer research, community health, patient care and advocacy. The 3-Day is Komen's signature long-running fundraiser, in which participants walk over three consecutive days, using their steps and fundraising to speak up for breast cancer patients and families. The foundation said this year's Dallas/Fort Worth participants overcame the challenge of the long walk, and that the funds will finance cutting-edge research, provide practical support to patients and advance breast-cancer policy advocacy. The foundation also honored this year's top Dallas/Fort Worth fundraisers and thanked all walkers, volunteers and donors. Komen is one of the largest breast cancer nonprofits in the United States and holds 3-Day events in multiple cities each year.
