史基浦集团拟控股马斯特里赫特亚琛机场：持股40%增至80%，林堡省待表决
荷兰皇家史基浦集团11月5日宣布，已向林堡省提出把马斯特里赫特亚琛机场持股由40%提高到80%的方案，林堡省将保留20%股份。交易仍须省议会批准并完成最终协议。荷兰媒体报道，交易涉及约3300万欧元投资。
史基浦集团2023年购入该机场40%股份，林堡省持股60%。该机场以货运为主、兼营客运，史基浦希望强化其货运专业定位，并因埃因霍温机场2027年关闭整修，承接其部分航班。
史基浦集团财务总监卡索（Robert Carsouw）表示，增持将巩固史基浦集团在该机场的地位，并与地区伙伴一起谋划机场的长远发展，力求其财务与运营状况长期稳健。

Schiphol Group Seeks Control of Maastricht Aachen Airport: Stake from 40 to 80 Percent Awaits Limburg Decision
Royal Schiphol Group announced on November 5 that it has offered to increase its stake in Maastricht Aachen Airport from 40 percent to 80 percent, with the Province of Limburg retaining a 20 percent shareholding. The transaction needs approval from the Provincial Council of Limburg and final agreements. Dutch media reported the deal involves an investment of about 33 million euros.
Schiphol Group acquired its 40 percent stake in 2023, with Limburg holding the other 60 percent. The airport is cargo-focused with passenger services, and Schiphol wants to strengthen its cargo specialisation. The airport is also due to accommodate part of Eindhoven Airport's traffic during its closure in 2027.
Schiphol Group Chief Financial Officer Robert Carsouw said the bigger stake would strengthen the group's position at the airport and that it will work with regional partners on a long-term vision toward a financially and operationally sound position in the long run.
