香港金融科技周落幕：金管局推四类新举措，智能体金融与代币化全天候结算在列
第11届香港金融科技周2026于11月2日至6日举行，由香港金融管理局与投资推广署合办。金管局在活动期间公布四类新举措，勾勒香港金融科技的下一步路线。
四类举措是：智能体金融（Agentic Finance）的应用与治理；推动后量子密码（PQC）就绪；通过Ensemble项目加速代币化交易的全天候（24/7）结算；以及扩大跨境支付连接。金管局此前提出的DART框架亦围绕智能体金融、后量子密码与代币化等方向展开。
香港金融科技周是香港的旗舰金融科技活动，汇聚全球业界、监管者与投资者。分析认为，这批举措把香港的金融科技议程从虚拟资产托管与发牌，进一步推向人工智能代理、密码升级与结算基础设施的系统性升级。

Hong Kong FinTech Week Closes: HKMA Unveils Four Pushes, from Agentic Finance to Round-the-Clock Tokenised Settlement
The 11th Hong Kong FinTech Week 2026 was held from November 2 to 6, co-hosted by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and InvestHK. During the event, the HKMA announced new initiatives across four categories that set out the next steps for Hong Kong's fintech agenda.
The four categories are the application and governance of agentic finance; driving readiness for post-quantum cryptography (PQC); accelerating 24/7 settlement of tokenised transactions under Project Ensemble; and expanding cross-border payment connectivity. The HKMA's previously outlined DART framework also revolves around agentic finance, post-quantum cryptography and tokenisation.
Hong Kong FinTech Week is the city's flagship fintech event, bringing together industry players, regulators and investors from around the world. Analysts say the package moves Hong Kong's fintech agenda beyond virtual asset custody and licensing toward systemic upgrades in AI agents, cryptography and settlement infrastructure.
