说唱歌手 AKA 谋杀案庭审延期至明年4月：七名被告续押、检方已传唤逾20名证人
南非德班高等法院已将知名音乐人 Kiernan『AKA』Forbes 与 Tebello『Tibz』Motsoane 谋杀案的庭审延期至2027年4月续审，七名被告继续羁押候审。
Forbes 与 Motsoane 2023年在德班一家餐厅外遭枪击身亡。本案庭审于2026年10月初开庭，检方迄今已传唤20多名证人出庭，呈堂证据包括视频片段、车辆追踪数据、弹道证据与财务证据。
南非国家检察署在声明中表示，七名被告面临多项指控，包括密谋谋杀、两项谋杀、多项谋杀未遂，以及多项涉枪支与弹药的罪名。
庭审将于2027年4月12日至5月14日续审，届时检方将继续举证。七名被告目前仍在羁押中。

Trial of Seven Accused in Rapper AKA's Murder Adjourned to April 2027
The Durban High Court has adjourned the trial of the seven men charged with the murders of popular musician Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane to April 2027, and the seven accused remain in custody.
Forbes and Motsoane were killed in a shooting outside a Durban restaurant in 2023. The trial commenced in early October 2026, and the State has so far led evidence from more than 20 witnesses, including video footage, vehicle-tracking data, ballistic evidence and financial evidence.
In a statement, South Africa's National Prosecuting Authority said the seven face several charges, including conspiracy to commit murder, two counts of murder, multiple counts of attempted murder, as well as firearm- and ammunition-related offences.
The trial continues from 12 April to 14 May 2027, when the State will present further evidence. The seven accused remain in custody.
