佛蒙特州23岁男子被指违反释放条件闯入禁入房产：11月18日出庭
佛蒙特州警察局11月6日发布通报：该局柏林分局（Berlin Barracks）当日下午接报后调查认定，一名23岁男子违反法院释放条件、进入其不应进入的房产，已被开具传票，将于11月18日出庭。
通报说，11月6日13时07分许，州警接到报告称大卫·埃诺（David Henault，23岁，佛蒙特州奥兰治县华盛顿镇居民）违反法院命令，进入了一处他不应进入的房产；州警调查后认定其确实违反了释放条件。事发地点为华盛顿镇的佛蒙特110号公路沿线，案件编号26B5004758，经办警员为州警Trinity Poole。
埃诺未被收押、无保释金安排，他被传讯于11月18日8时30分到佛蒙特州高等法院奥兰治县刑事庭出庭。州警提醒，出庭日期与时间可能由法院调整，可向刑事庭书记官确认传讯时间。

Vermont Man, 23, Cited for Violating Conditions of Release in Washington
The Vermont State Police reported on November 6 that troopers from the Berlin Barracks investigated a report that a 23-year-old man had violated court orders by entering a property he should not have been on or in, and cited him to appear in court on November 18.
At approximately 1:07 p.m. on November 6, the State Police received a call advising that David Henault, 23, of Washington in Orange County, Vermont, was violating court orders and had entered a property he should not have been on or in. Upon investigation, troopers determined that Henault did violate his conditions of release. The incident occurred on VT Route 110 in Washington, case number 26B5004758, investigated by Trooper Trinity Poole of the Berlin Barracks.
Henault was not lodged and no bail was set. He was cited to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Orange County Criminal Division, on November 18, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. The State Police note that court dates and times are subject to change at the discretion of the court.
