Rancho Palos Verdes Planning Commission Meets November 10 With Home-Hardening Presentation
The Planning Commission of Rancho Palos Verdes, a city in Los Angeles County, California, will meet on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 7 p.m. in McTaggart Hall at Hesse Park and via Zoom.
The meeting will include an informational presentation focused on insulated concrete form construction for home hardening. The presentation will be provided by Robert Hartelust, who will explain the differences in how the materials can protect homes and communities, not just from fires, but from other hazardous conditions such as earthquakes and hurricane winds.
