华盛顿特区11月8日退伍军人5K赛与游行：宪法大道一带凌晨5时起封路禁停
华盛顿特区大都会警察局11月6日发布交通通告：全国退伍军人5K赛与游行将于11月8日（周日）在特区举行，活动周边将实施停车限制与道路封闭，驾驶人应提前考虑绕行。
通告称，下列路段将于当天凌晨5时至下午5时设为紧急禁停区：宪法大道宾夕法尼亚大道至23街西北段，第4、第6、第7、第9、第12、第14街的相关路段，麦迪逊大道与杰斐逊大道第3街至第14街段，第15街、弗吉尼亚大道、第18街、第19街、E街与C街的部分路段，以及独立大道北侧第4街至第12街段（活动车辆下客点）。
同一时段封闭车辆通行的路段包括宪法大道宾夕法尼亚大道至23街西北段、第4至第14街多段、第10街宾夕法尼亚大道至宪法大道段、第12街隧道出口与I-395高速通往第12街隧道的匝道，以及I-395入城方向（第14街桥）。

Traffic Advisory: National Veterans 5K Race and Parade to Close D.C. Streets on November 8
The Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, D.C. issued a traffic advisory on November 6 for the National Veterans 5K Race and Parade, which will take place in the District on Sunday, November 8, 2026, with parking restrictions and street closures that motorists should take into consideration.
The following will be posted as Emergency No Parking from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Constitution Avenue from Pennsylvania Avenue to 23rd Street, NW; segments of 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 12th and 14th Streets; Madison Drive and Jefferson Drive from 3rd Street to 14th Street; and segments of 15th Street, Virginia Avenue, 18th Street, 19th Street, E Street and C Street, along with the north side of Independence Avenue from 4th Street to 12th Street, SW, as the event vehicle drop-off location.
Streets closed to vehicle traffic during approximately the same hours include Constitution Avenue from Pennsylvania Avenue to 23rd Street, NW; multiple segments of 4th through 14th Streets; 10th Street from Pennsylvania Avenue to Constitution Avenue, NW; the 12th Street Tunnel exit and the I-395 ramps to the tunnel; and inbound I-395 at the 14th Street Bridge.
