明尼苏达州明尼阿波利斯：PopUp Bagels明州首店开业 推出本地限定涂抹酱
明尼苏达州亨内平县明尼阿波利斯市消息：连锁贝果品牌PopUp Bagels的明尼苏达州首家门店11月6日在北环区北第三大道107号开业，营业时间为每日6时至15时。
新店提供堂食点单、提前取餐与餐饮外烩服务，并推出一款明尼苏达州门店专属产品：灵感源自当地知名薯片品牌的老荷兰辣切达酸奶油涂抹酱。门店由明尼苏达州本地合作伙伴丹·达奎斯托与亚历克斯·斯梅雷奇尼亚克共同经营，两人隶属餐饮运营方Hustle & Dough。
PopUp Bagels由创始人亚当·戈德堡于2021年在康涅狄格州韦斯特波特的自家后院创立，此后迅速走红并向全美扩张。品牌方目前已取得在明尼苏达州、艾奥瓦州、北达科他州、南达科他州、内布拉斯加州及威斯康星州西部开设10家门店的开发权，初期开发重点放在明尼苏达州。北环区是明尼阿波利斯市近年来餐饮与商业最活跃的街区之一。
PopUp Bagels Opens First Minnesota Store in Minneapolis North Loop
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — PopUp Bagels opened its first Minnesota store on November 6 at 107 Third Avenue North in the North Loop, with hours from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
The store offers in-store ordering, advance pickup and catering, and is serving a Minnesota-only product: an Old Dutch spicy cheddar sour cream schmear inspired by the local chip brand. The store is operated by Minnesota partners Dan D'Aquisto and Alex Smelejniak of hospitality operator Hustle & Dough.
PopUp Bagels was founded by Adam Goldberg in 2021 in his backyard in Westport, Connecticut, and has since grown rapidly nationwide. The brand holds development rights for 10 stores across Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and western Wisconsin, with the initial focus on Minnesota. The North Loop is among Minneapolis's most active dining and retail districts in recent years.
