华纳兄弟影业动画出品的动画电影《戴帽子的猫》（The Cat in the Hat）11月6日在北美各大影院与IMAX影厅上映，国际市场自11月4日起陆续开画。影片改编自苏斯博士1957年的同名经典绘本，由亚历山德罗·卡洛尼与埃里卡·里维诺贾共同编剧并执导，是这一角色首度以动画长片形式登上大银幕。
比尔·哈德尔为大猫配音并担任执行制片人，马特·贝里、昆塔·布伦森、霍奇尔·戈麦斯、詹卡洛·埃斯波西托与亚美莉卡·费雷拉等加盟配音。故事中，大猫接到新任务：逗乐刚搬到新小镇的加比与弟弟塞巴斯蒂安姐弟俩，魔法与恶作剧随之失控。

Animated 'The Cat in the Hat' Opens Today: Bill Hader Voices the Cat in Dr. Seuss's First Animated Feature Outing
Warner Bros. Pictures Animation's The Cat in the Hat opens in North American theaters and IMAX on November 6, with international markets following from November 4. Written and directed by Alessandro Carloni and Erica Rivinoja, the film adapts Dr. Seuss's 1957 picture book and marks the character's first fully animated theatrical feature.
Bill Hader voices the Cat and serves as an executive producer, joined by Matt Berry, Quinta Brunson, Xochitl Gomez, Giancarlo Esposito and America Ferrera. In the story, the Cat takes on a new assignment: cheering up Gabby and her little brother Sebastian, who are struggling after a move to a new town, as his magic and mischief spiral out of control.
The film premiered at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank on October 25, runs about 1 hour 48 minutes and is rated PG. Industry tracking projects a North American opening weekend between $16 million and $25 million.
