圣迭戈歌剧《苏珊娜》2027年2月12日开演：纪念作曲家弗洛伊德百年诞辰
位于加利福尼亚州圣迭戈县圣迭戈市的圣迭戈市民剧院（San Diego Civic Theatre，1100 Third Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101），圣迭戈歌剧团将于2027年2月12日晚7时30分起上演美国歌剧《苏珊娜》，其余场次为2月13日晚7时30分与14日下午2时，共三场，由首席指挥 Yves Abel 执棒，Patricia Racette 执导，圣迭戈交响乐团担任乐队伴奏。
《苏珊娜》由 Carlisle Floyd 作曲并撰写脚本，取材于圣经外典「苏珊娜与长老」的故事，移置到田纳西州山区小镇。本次上演正值弗洛伊德百年诞辰，标题角色由女高音 Hailey Clark 与 Teresa Perrotta 轮流担纲。全剧以英语演唱，配英语与西班牙语字幕，长约2小时5分钟，含一次幕间休息。

San Diego Opera Presents Susannah February 12 to 14, 2027 for Carlisle Floyd's Centenary
San Diego Opera presents Carlisle Floyd's Susannah at the San Diego Civic Theatre, 1100 Third Avenue in San Diego, San Diego County, California, opening Friday, February 12, 2027, at 7:30 p.m., with further performances February 13 at 7:30 p.m. and February 14 at 2:00 p.m. Principal Conductor Yves Abel leads the San Diego Symphony Orchestra, in a staging directed by Patricia Racette.
Floyd, who wrote both music and libretto, transplanted the biblical story of Susannah and the Elders to a Tennessee mountain town. The production marks the composer's centenary, with sopranos Hailey Clark and Teresa Perrotta sharing the title role. Sung in English with English and Spanish supertitles, it runs about two hours and five minutes including one intermission.
