芝加哥第四届城市公民日11月14日在文化中心举行：免费开放报名
位于伊利诺伊州库克县芝加哥市的芝加哥文化中心（78 E. Washington St.）将于11月14日举办第四届年度城市公民日（City Civics Day），上午11时开场，现已开放报名。
城市公民日是免费的全天教育活动，市民可随时到场参加，学习如何通过公共参与为自己的社区带来积极改变。
活动由芝加哥市规划与发展部与文化事务与特别活动部主办，邻里居民、社区组织与市府官员将出席参加。

Chicago's Fourth Annual City Civics Day Set for November 14 at the Cultural Center
The Chicago Cultural Center (78 E. Washington St.) in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, hosts the fourth annual City Civics Day on November 14, starting at 11 a.m., with registration now open.
City Civics Day is a free, full-day educational event that residents can join at any point to learn how public participation can bring positive change to their neighborhoods.
The day is presented by the Chicago Department of Planning and Development and the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, with neighborhood residents, community organizations and city officials taking part.
