达拉斯退伍军人事务委员会11月5日开特别会议：听取图书馆口述史项目汇报
位于德克萨斯州达拉斯县达拉斯市的达拉斯退伍军人事务委员会于11月5日中午12时在达拉斯市政厅 L1FN Room C 举行特别召集会议，会议向公众开放并同步提供 Webex 视频参会方式，委员会主席 Charles Ayers 主持。会议议程已于10月30日由市秘书处张贴。

Dallas Veteran Affairs Commission Meets November 5, Hears Library Veterans Oral History Briefing
The Dallas Veteran Affairs Commission held a special called meeting on November 5 at noon in Room L1FN C at Dallas City Hall in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, chaired by Charles Ayers. The meeting was open to the public in person and by Webex, and the agenda was posted by the City Secretary on October 30.
The agenda included approval of the October 8, 2026 minutes, a briefing by Dallas Public Library staff on the Veterans Oral History Project, and reports from working groups on mental health, transition assistance, employment, housing and benefits claims.
Commissioners also discussed updates to the annual report, due in final form by February 1, 2027, with the next update at the December 10 meeting, and announcements on the Veterans and Military Services Month proclamation and the VA Stand Down. Public speakers are limited to three minutes and must register at least one business day ahead with coordinator Shpendim Nadzaku at 972-504-7622.
