She was booked by the Williamson County Sheriff's Office in Franklin, Tennessee, on Sunday, November 1, released the next day after posting a $5,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on December 3. What is publicly known about the alleged altercation comes from an insider cited by TMZ, who said Hannah was arrested for allegedly hitting Neil, 65, following a heated argument, and alleged that she had started wrecking items in his home. In February 2025, a private jet owned by Neil crashed into a parked aircraft at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona, killing the pilot; Hannah was on board with her friend Ashley and their dogs, and was taken to a hospital with several broken bones. Neil was not on the flight.
Mötley Crüe wrapped up its 45th-anniversary tour on September 26, and the band's fourth Las Vegas residency is scheduled for March 19 to April 3, 2027, at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The next step in Hannah's case is her December 3 court appearance.
