Federal Reserve Terminates Enforcement Action Against Three Irvine Institutions Including Nano Banc
The Federal Reserve Board on November 5 announced the termination of an enforcement action against three institutions based in Irvine, California.
The institutions are Allegiant United Holdings, LLC, Nano Financial Holdings, Inc., and Nano Banc, all of Irvine. The terminated action was a Written Agreement dated February 24, 2021, and the termination took effect on October 21, 2026.
