美国版权局延长音乐流媒体欺诈征询意见期：首轮意见12月18日截止
位于华盛顿的美国版权局11月5日宣布，延长其就音乐流媒体欺诈问题提交意见的期限。该局曾于2026年10月7日发出征询通告，就音乐流媒体领域的欺诈问题向公众征求意见。
按延长后的日程，首轮意见须于2026年12月18日美东时间下午5时前提交，回复意见须于2027年1月29日美东时间晚11时59分前提交。
版权局表示，宣布此次延期的《联邦公报》通告，以及提交意见的具体方式等更多信息，已刊于该局的「音乐流媒体欺诈」专题网页。版权局隶属美国国会图书馆，总部位于华盛顿独立大道东南101号。

U.S. Copyright Office Extends Comment Deadline in Music Streaming Fraud Inquiry to December 18
The U.S. Copyright Office in Washington announced on November 5 that it is extending the deadline to submit comments in response to its October 7, 2026, notice of inquiry on music streaming fraud.
Under the extended schedule, initial comments are due by 5:00 p.m. eastern time on December 18, 2026, and reply comments are due by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on January 29, 2027.
The Copyright Office said the Federal Register notice announcing the extension, along with additional information including instructions for submitting comments, is available on its Music Streaming Fraud webpage. The office, part of the Library of Congress, is headquartered at 101 Independence Avenue SE in Washington.
