男子承认网络跟踪夏威夷州长 Josh Green：曾留威胁语音扬言杀害州长全家

Man Pleads Guilty to Cyberstalking Hawaii Governor Josh Green After Threatening Voicemails
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Hawaii announced that Eric Lee Boltz, 52, most recently residing in Montana, pleaded guilty on November 4, 2026, to one count of cyberstalking. Boltz was remanded into custody following his plea, and sentencing is scheduled for March 4, 2027, before Senior United States District Judge J. Michael Seabright.
According to court records, in December 2025, Boltz left a series of threatening and antisemitic voicemails with Hawaii Governor Josh Green's office. Disguising his voice, Boltz threatened to kill the Governor and his family and sexually assault his daughter. When interviewed by law enforcement, Boltz said he left the voicemails to "shake [Governor Green] up."
In his plea agreement, Boltz admitted that he was motivated to engage in his cyberstalking campaign due to Governor Green's official government position and religion.
At sentencing, Boltz faces up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, plus a term of supervised release.
