佛蒙特州警：新罕布什尔男子在 I-89 涉袭击等三项指控被捕，2027年1月出庭
佛蒙特州警察局11月4日通报（案件号26B2006357）：当日凌晨零时03分许，州警接报称89号州际公路（I-89）北行20.8英里标记处、Royalton 镇路段发生一起袭击事件。调查期间，乘客 Kevin Patenaude（49岁，新罕布什尔州 Hudson 居民）显出受酒精或药物影响的迹象。
Patenaude 被州警以简单袭击、扰乱治安与鲁莽危害他人三项指控逮捕，带回州警 Royalton 分局处理，随后交由一名清醒人士接走，并收到传票，须于2027年1月5日上午8时15分到温莎县高等法院出庭应诉。通报注明，出庭日期与时间可能由法院酌情更改。指控目前仅为指控，被告在被证明有罪之前推定无罪。

Vermont State Police: New Hampshire Man Arrested on I-89 in Royalton on Assault and Other Charges
The Vermont State Police reported on November 4 (case 26B2006357) that at about 12:03 a.m. that day, troopers were notified of an assault on Interstate 89 northbound at mile marker 20.8 in the town of Royalton. During the investigation, a passenger, Kevin Patenaude, 49, of Hudson, New Hampshire, showed signs of impairment.
Patenaude was arrested on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, and reckless endangerment, and was taken to the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks for processing. He was later released to a sober party with a citation to appear at the Windsor County Superior Court on January 5, 2027, at 8:15 a.m. The release noted that court dates and times are subject to change at the court's discretion. The charges are allegations, and the accused is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
