加州工人赔偿司开放第34届年度教育会议报名：2027年3月先后在奥克兰与洛杉矶举行
加州劳资关系部工人赔偿司（Division of Workers' Compensation，DWC）11月4日发布第2026-92号新闻线宣布，该司第34届年度教育会议报名现已开放。这场全州规模最大的工人赔偿培训活动将于2027年3月4日至5日在 Oakland Marriott City Center Hotel 举行，随后于3月18日至19日在 Los Angeles Airport Marriott 举行，两场均为线下会议。
DWC 表示，年度会议为索赔管理人、医疗服务提供者、律师、雇主、人力资源专业人士及其他利益相关方提供了解工人赔偿制度最新发展与议题的机会，与会者还可与政府及私营部门专家交流并建立联系。该司已向律师、个案管理、残疾管理、人力资源与合格医疗评估员等认证机构申请继续教育学分。
有意赞助会议的机构可通过国际工人赔偿基金会（International Workers' Compensation Foundation）网站查询赞助信息；与会者、参展商与赞助商均可通过 DWC 教育会议网页报名。
工人赔偿司负责监督加州工人赔偿索赔的管理，并提供行政与司法服务，协助解决与工人赔偿福利有关的争议。其所属的加州劳资关系部成立于1927年，负责保护与改善全州1,800多万工资收入者的健康、安全与经济福祉，并帮助雇主遵守州劳动法律。

California DWC Opens Registration for 34th Annual Educational Conference, Set for Oakland and Los Angeles in March 2027
The California Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC), part of the Department of Industrial Relations, announced in Newsline No. 2026-92 on November 4 that registration is now open for its 34th Annual Educational Conference. The in-person conference, California's largest workers' compensation training event, will be held March 4-5, 2027, at the Oakland Marriott City Center Hotel and March 18-19, 2027, at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott.
The conference provides claims administrators, medical providers, attorneys, employers, human resources professionals and other stakeholders with insights into the latest developments and issues affecting the workers' compensation system, with opportunities to network and hear from government and private sector experts. DWC has applied for continuing education credits from attorney, case manager, disability management, human resource and qualified medical examiner certifying organizations, among others.
Organizations interested in sponsoring the conference can find information on the International Workers' Compensation Foundation website, and attendees, exhibitors and sponsors can register through the DWC Educational Conference webpage.
The DWC monitors the administration of workers' compensation claims in California and provides administrative and judicial services to help resolve disputes related to workers' compensation benefits. The Department of Industrial Relations, established in 1927, protects and improves the health, safety and economic well-being of over 18 million California wage earners and helps their employers comply with state labor laws.
