大众召回49,958辆2025款Tiguan：车身控制模块软件故障可致行驶中熄火、灯光与倒车影像失效
美国国家公路交通安全管理局（NHTSA）公布，大众汽车美国公司召回49,958辆2025款Tiguan SUV：车身控制模块（BCM）软件错误可能使模块在行驶中意外重置。此次召回的NHTSA编号为26V587，大众内部编号57KL，涉事车辆于2025年3月24日至8月30日生产。
据大众提交NHTSA的缺陷报告，BCM一旦重置，点火系统可能关闭、发动机熄火，同时部分控制功能、仪表警告灯、车外照明以及倒车影像系统可能失效，增加碰撞风险。受影响车辆的BCM软件版本为0325或0324版，更新至0326或更新版本可消除故障。大众表示，目前未收到与该缺陷有关的碰撞、起火或伤亡报告。
经销商将免费为涉事车辆更新车身控制模块软件。车主通知信定于2026年11月6日寄出；涉事车辆识别码（VIN）自9月17日起已可在NHTSA官网查询。车主也可拨打大众客服电话1-800-893-5298，或NHTSA车辆安全热线1-888-327-4236查询。

Volkswagen Recalls 49,958 2025 Tiguan SUVs: Body Control Module Glitch Can Stall the Engine and Kill Lights and Rearview Camera
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced that Volkswagen Group of America is recalling 49,958 model-year 2025 Tiguan SUVs because a software error may cause the body control module (BCM) to reset unexpectedly while driving. The campaign is NHTSA recall 26V587, Volkswagen recall 57KL, covering vehicles built from March 24 to August 30, 2025.
According to Volkswagen's defect report to NHTSA, if the BCM resets, the ignition may switch off and the engine may stall, and certain controls, warning telltales, exterior lighting and the rearview camera system may be lost, increasing the risk of a crash. Affected vehicles run BCM software versions 0325 or 0324; version 0326 or newer resolves the issue. Volkswagen says it is not aware of any crashes, fires, injuries or deaths associated with the defect.
Dealers will update the body control module software free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on November 6, 2026, and the affected VINs have been searchable on NHTSA.gov since September 17, 2026. Owners may contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-800-893-5298 or the NHTSA Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236.
