加利福尼亚州圣迭戈县圣迭戈市圣迭戈华人历史博物馆11月推亚太历史区徒步与华人讲座（华人新闻）
圣迭戈华人历史博物馆近日公布11月活动安排，包括11月8日的亚太历史区徒步导览和11月14日的“华人经验与超越”月度讲座，主题为“王文高（WANGO WENG）的故事”。该讲座免费，通过网络会议形式举行。
11月8日的徒步导览将走访圣迭戈亚太主题历史区，沿途介绍近百年前与当地唐人街并存的日本町、菲律宾区以及非裔美国人社区“西部哈莱姆”的历史。参加者须在活动前一个周六完成登记。博物馆方面表示，徒步活动旨在帮助公众了解圣迭戈早期亚太裔社区的分布与生活。
与此同时，博物馆与煤气灯区博物馆联合举办的“19世纪的疾病、治疗与医疗实践”展览正在展出，展期至2027年1月3日。该展览由上海犹太难民纪念馆、当地社区与圣迭戈华人历史博物馆合作推出，介绍传统中医在维多利亚时代圣迭戈的历史。
圣迭戈华人历史博物馆位于圣迭戈市中心亚太历史区，长期致力于保存和展示当地华人社区的历史。博物馆还宣布，每月第二个周日对所有公众免费开放，12岁以下儿童平时亦免费入馆。

San Diego Chinese Historical Museum Offers Asian Pacific Historic District Walking Tour and Lecture in November
The San Diego Chinese Historical Museum has announced its November programs, including a walking tour of the Asian Pacific Historic District on November 8 and its monthly The Chinese American Experience & Beyond lecture on November 14, titled "Story of WANGO WENG." The lecture is free and held on Zoom.
The November 8 walking tour explores San Diego's Asian Pacific Thematic Historic District, covering the Japanese Nihonmachi, the Filipino Quarter and the African American "Harlem of the West" that existed alongside the city's little-known Chinatown nearly 100 years ago. Registration is required by the Saturday before the tour.
An exhibition on disease, healing and medical practice in the 19th century, presented with community partners, is also on view through January 3, 2027.
Located downtown in the Asian Pacific Historic District, the museum preserves and presents the history of San Diego's Chinese community.
