Federal Register Publishes Presidential Major Disaster Declaration for Texas on Nov. 4: FEMA-4935-DR, Dated October 30
The federal government published notice in the Federal Register on November 4 of a Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Texas, confirming that severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes and flooding in the state constitute a major disaster.
