总部位于亚利桑那州斯科茨代尔市的餐饮品牌P.F. Chang's于11月4日推出节日季推广活动“璀璨之夜·节日风味”，节日菜单从11月4日起供应至2027年1月26日，并邀请华裔演员 Harry Shum Jr. 担任活动主角。该品牌由 Paul Fleming 与华裔餐饮人江孙芸之子 Philip Chiang 于1993年共同创办，是以中式炒锅烹饪为核心的餐饮品牌。
根据品牌11月4日发布的公告，本次节日季菜单包括帝王蟹饺子、火烤香脆鸭等菜品，以及一道以火焰收尾的甜品；三道菜节日套餐每人30美元起。品牌还表示，旗下餐厅将在圣诞节当天首次营业，下午2时至9时提供堂食、外带和第三方外卖服务。
公告介绍，Harry Shum Jr. 的父母曾经营中餐馆，他本人对围坐在餐桌旁的家庭晚餐有深厚感情，这与本次活动的主题相契合。P.F. Chang's目前在全球23个国家和美国机场开设了300多家餐厅，节日季期间部分餐厅还将以灯光装饰营造节日氛围。

P.F. Chang's, the Scottsdale, Maricopa County, Arizona Chain Co-Founded by a Chinese American, Launches Holiday Menu and Three-Course Meal on November 4
Scottsdale-based restaurant brand P.F. Chang's launched its holiday campaign, “Bright Nights. Festive Flavors,” on November 4, with a seasonal menu running from November 4 through January 26, 2027, and actor Harry Shum Jr. as the face of the campaign. The brand was founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang, the son of Chinese restaurateur Cecilia Chiang, and is built around wok cooking.
According to the company's November 4 announcement, the holiday menu includes King Crab Gyoza and Fire-Roasted Crispy Duck, plus a dessert finished with a flash of flame; the three-course holiday meal starts at $30 per person. The chain also said its restaurants will open on Christmas Day for the first time, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., for dine-in, takeout and third-party delivery.
Shum grew up with parents who owned a Chinese restaurant and brings a personal connection to family dinners around the table, the theme of the campaign. P.F. Chang's operates more than 300 restaurants in 23 countries and at U.S. airports, and select locations will be decorated with holiday light installations during the season.
