洛杉矶县缓刑局在县质量与生产力奖上获十大奖等多个奖项
洛杉矶县缓刑局在10月7日举行的第39届洛杉矶县质量与生产力奖午宴上获得多项表彰。该局11月发布的部门通讯公布了这一消息：本届共有95件作品参评，缓刑局拿下「十大奖」（Top Ten Award）等多个奖项。

LA County Probation Department Wins Top Ten Award and Multiple Honors at County Quality and Productivity Awards
The Los Angeles County Probation Department received multiple honors at the 39th Annual LA County Quality and Productivity Awards Luncheon on October 7, according to the department's November newsletter. Out of 95 submissions, the department received a Top Ten Award and several other recognitions.
The Top Ten Award went to "Enrich: Building Futures, Breaking Barriers," a collaboration with the Department of Children and Family Services, the Chief Executive Office, the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, the Internal Services Department, Gita Murphy Consulting, and Strength-Based Community Change.
The department also received a Special Merit Award, together with other county departments and community partners, for "System Navigation Services: Nimble and Responsive." It was additionally recognized for its collaborations on "Eat Your Best: More Plants for Planetary Health," "Youth Development," and "BRIDGE: Family Engagement for Youth SUD Treatment."
Representing the department at the luncheon were Communications Manager Waters, Director Campbell-Motton, Consultant Kwon, and Senior Public Information Specialist Allen.
The Probation Department, which oversees probation supervision and juvenile facilities in Los Angeles County, has nearly 4,000 employees and serves the county's 10 million residents.
The newsletter also recapped the department's other October activities: from September 29 to October 1, its Transportation Deputies completed a Basic Firearms academy course taught by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at the Pitchess Detention Facility Range in Castaic; October 8 was Ombuds Day, honoring the department's Ombudsperson team; on October 17, its recruitment team attended the Taste of Soul Festival; and its K-9 partners wore Pink Patches during October for breast cancer awareness. The department is currently hiring Deputy Probation Officers.
