宾夕法尼亚州费城县费城市消息，费城市选举委员会11月2日发布公告，费城县2026年大选邮寄选票和缺席选票的预检工作将于11月3日上午7时开始，地点在位于 Roosevelt Blvd 11311号的市选举委员会选举仓库，并将持续进行直至完成。
公告同时公布了预检宣誓、选票清点程序、缺席选票和邮寄选票申请异议程序以及投票机预先计票与清点程序等相关文件，供查阅。

Philadelphia City Commissioners: Pre-Canvass of Mail-In Ballots Begins at 7 A.M. on November 3
In Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia City Commissioners announced on November 2 that the pre-canvass of mail-in and absentee ballots for the November 2026 general election will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, at the City Commissioners' Election Warehouse at 11311 Roosevelt Boulevard, and will continue until completed.
The notice also links the pre-canvass swearing-in, ballot canvass procedures, absentee and mail-in ballot and application challenge procedures, and the voting machine pre-computation and canvass procedure.
