柬埔寨：移民总局两波行动驱逐577名非法居留外国人 印尼籍181人最多多涉网络诈骗
柬埔寨移民总局宣布，柬埔寨当局在两波行动中共驱逐577名非法居留的外国人，涉及22个国籍：10月21日至31日的11天内驱逐540人，11月1日再驱逐37名印度尼西亚人。其中印度尼西亚籍人数最多、共181人，许多人与网络诈骗活动有关。
移民总局说，第一波行动驱逐的540人中有115名女性。经德崇国际机场警察岗驱逐的包括144名与网络诈骗有关的印度尼西亚人（其中女性16人）；36名涉网络诈骗的越南人（其中女性12人）经 Tboung Khmum 省 Trapeang Phlong 国际边境口岸驱逐。其他被驱逐者涉及非法越境、伪造证件、无护照居留、敲诈、使用带伪造二维码的假签证、毒品贩运与使用、非法就业等罪行。

Cambodia: Immigration Authorities Deport 577 Illegal Foreigners in Two Operations, Indonesians the Largest Group at 181
Cambodia's General Department of Immigration announced that Cambodian authorities have deported 577 illegal foreigners from 22 nationalities in two operations: 540 people over 11 days from October 21 to 31, and a further 37 Indonesians on November 1. Indonesians formed the largest group at 181, and many of those deported were tied to online scam operations.
The first operation removed 540 illegal foreigners, 115 of them women, from 22 countries. Among them, 144 Indonesians (16 women) linked to online scams were deported through the Techo International Airport police post, while 36 Vietnamese (12 women) tied to online scams were expelled through the Trapeang Phlong international border gate in Tboung Khmum province. Other foreigners were deported after authorities found they had committed offences including illegal border crossing, document forgery, staying without a passport, extortion, use of fake visas with counterfeit QR codes, drug trafficking and use, and illegal employment.
On November 1, a further 37 Indonesians (two women) were deported through the Techo International Airport police post, in cooperation with the Indonesian Embassy in Cambodia, after being found to have stayed illegally, worked unlawfully and been involved in online scams.
The department said the operations followed directives from Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sar Sokha and orders from National Police chief Sok Vanna, Director-General of the General Department of Immigration. Prime Minister Hun Manet has stated that Cambodia will not allow criminals to use Cambodian territory as a base for scams or offences that threaten regional and global security, and authorities have been ordered to continue cleaning up, suppressing and deporting offenders to protect national honour and security.
