檀香山麦卡利公园万圣节「怪物大宅」今晚开场：讨糖、脸绘与亲子鬼屋免费开放
檀香山——万圣节之夜，檀香山市县公园与康乐局在麦卡利区公园（McCully District Park）举办「麦卡利怪物大宅」（McCully's Monster Mansion）活动，10月31日晚5时至8时免费开放，内容包括后备箱讨糖（trunk-or-treat）、游戏、脸部彩绘，以及适合各年龄儿童的鬼屋。
公园局表示，活动当晚公园停车场将用作活动场地，停车位有限，驾车前往的家庭可把车辆停在附近的卢纳利洛小学（Lunalilo Elementary School）。查询详情可致电（808）768-6707。
同日晚间，卡内奥赫区公园（Kāneʻohe District Park）也举办「Spooktacular Boo-th Bash」亲子活动，时间为下午4时至9时。市县公园系统在万圣节周末于全岛多个康乐中心安排了服装比赛与讨糖步行等活动，供家庭就近参加。
檀香山华人社区集中在市中心与卡利希（Kalihi）一带，距离麦卡利公园不远。警方提醒，万圣节当晚讨糖儿童众多，驾车人士经过住宅区时应减速慢行，家长宜为孩子准备反光饰物。

Honolulu's McCully Monster Mansion Tonight: Trunk-or-Treat, Face Painting, and a Keiki-Friendly Haunted House
HONOLULU — The City and County of Honolulu's Department of Parks and Recreation hosts McCully's Monster Mansion at McCully District Park on Halloween night, October 31, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The free event features trunk-or-treating, games, face painting, and a haunted house suitable for children of all ages.
The department says the park's lot will be used for the event itself, so parking is limited; families driving in can use the nearby Lunalilo Elementary School lot. For information, call (808) 768-6707.
The same evening, Kane'ohe District Park holds its Spooktacular Boo-th Bash from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. City recreation centers across O'ahu are running costume contests and trick-or-treat walks through the Halloween weekend.
Honolulu's Chinese community is concentrated around downtown and Kalihi, a short distance from McCully. Police remind drivers to slow down in residential areas on Halloween night, when large numbers of children will be out trick-or-treating, and suggest reflective items on costumes.
