波士顿推出万圣节「幽灵街道」地图：100多条街道无车开放、供居民讨糖
马萨诸塞州萨福克县波士顿市消息：波士顿市长吴弭10月31日宣布推出新的互动地图，标出万圣节周末全市100多条将对车辆关闭、供居民讨糖和社区庆祝的街道。这份「幽灵街道」地图汇总了10月30日至11月1日期间有效的全部「游戏街道」许可，包括「幽灵街道」补助计划受助者获得的许可，居民可通过地图找到安全、适合家庭的活动地点，邻里可以在此聚会庆祝。
地图网址为boston.gov/spooky-streets，覆盖波士顿各社区。游戏街道许可是市政府的正式授权，允许居民临时关闭住宅街道，禁止过境车辆通行，以便把街道变成适合步行的节日空间。

Boston Launches Halloween Spooky Streets Map with More Than 100 Car-Free Streets
Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts — Mayor Michelle Wu announced on October 31 a new interactive map highlighting more than 100 streets across Boston that will be closed to traffic for trick-or-treating and community celebrations over Halloween weekend. The Spooky Streets map brings together all Play Street permits active from October 30 through November 1, including permits held by recipients of the Spooky Streets Grant Program, so residents can find safe, family-friendly places where neighbors gather to celebrate.
The map is at boston.gov/spooky-streets and covers neighborhoods across Boston. A Play Street permit is an official city authorization allowing residents to temporarily close a residential street to through traffic, turning it into a walkable festival space.
The city said the arrangement is meant to give children and families a safer outdoor environment over Halloween weekend and to make community celebrations easier to find. Streets across the city were closed under the permits on October 31.
