圣迭戈艺术博物馆11月1日办亡灵节社区日：巨型祭坛揭幕，博物馆全天免费开放
位于加利福尼亚州圣迭戈县圣迭戈市巴尔博亚公园内的圣迭戈艺术博物馆（The San Diego Museum of Art，1450 El Prado）将在11月1日上午11时至下午4时举办亡灵节社区日，活动在馆前的巴拿马广场（Plaza de Panama）举行，免费参加。
本届社区祭坛（ofrenda）由墨西哥访问艺术家贝萨贝·罗梅罗（Betsabeé Romero）与本地学生共同创作，上午11时在博物馆台阶前正式揭幕。现场另有歌舞演出与亲子手作活动。
当日中午12时至下午5时，圣迭戈艺术博物馆与馆内的摄影博物馆 MOPA@SDMA 均免费开放，是平日少有的全馆免费时段。巴尔博亚公园同日活动众多，建议搭乘公共交通或提早抵达停车。

San Diego Museum of Art Hosts a Free Día de los Muertos Community Day on November 1
The San Diego Museum of Art (1450 El Prado, Balboa Park) in San Diego, San Diego County, California, hosts a Día de los Muertos community day on November 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the Plaza de Panama in front of the museum, free to attend.
This year's community ofrenda was created by visiting Mexican artist Betsabeé Romero together with local students and will be inaugurated at 11 a.m. on the museum's front steps. Live performances and family art-making run through the afternoon.
The museum and MOPA@SDMA offer free admission the same day from noon to 5 p.m. Balboa Park is busy that Sunday, so public transit or an early arrival is advised.
