亚利桑那州马里科帕县凤凰城市都会区的司机在万圣节周末出行需预留更多时间，亚利桑那州交通厅10月30日发布周末出行公告，宣布多条热门高速将因既定的改善工程分段关闭。51号州道南向卡克图斯路至北方大道段将于10月30日晚9时至11月2日凌晨5时关闭，原因是拓宽工程；202环线东向、101环线西向、303环线东向以及10号州际公路西向辅路也将分时段关闭，其中303环线关闭至10月31日下午5时，101环线关闭至11月1日中午，其余至11月2日凌晨5时。交通厅提醒，封路时间表可能因恶劣天气调整，司机应使用绕行路线并通过AZ511网站、手机应用或拨打511查询实时路况。凤凰城地区10月30日还将迎来降雨与雷暴天气，司机出行更需留意天气与路况变化。

Drivers in the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area should allow extra time over Halloween weekend: the Arizona Department of Transportation issued its weekend travel advisory on October 30 announcing segment closures on several major highways for scheduled improvement projects. Southbound State Route 51 from Cactus Road to Northern Avenue closes from 9 p.m. on October 30 to 5 a.m. on November 2 for a widening project.
Eastbound Loop 202, westbound Loop 101, eastbound Loop 303 and the westbound Interstate 10 frontage road will also close at staggered times: Loop 303 until 5 p.m. on October 31, Loop 101 until noon on November 1, and the rest until 5 a.m. on November 2. ADOT warned that schedules can shift with bad weather and urged drivers to use alternate routes and check its traveler information channels.
