Repligen Q3 Revenue Hits Record $209.3 Million, Up 11%, Adjusted EPS $0.53 as Full-Year Revenue Guidance Rises to $844-$852 Million
Bioprocessing company Repligen Corporation (Nasdaq: RGEN) on October 27 reported results for the third quarter of 2026. Revenue reached a record $209.3 million, compared with $188.8 million a year earlier, an increase of 11% as reported and 12.5% organically.
On a GAAP basis, the company posted a loss from operations of $29.5 million, primarily driven by an intangible asset impairment charge, compared with income from operations of $16.8 million a year earlier, and a loss per share of $0.68. Adjusted income from operations was $33.3 million, compared with $26.8 million, and adjusted EPS was $0.53, compared with $0.46 a year earlier. Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities at September 30 were $863 million.
President and Chief Executive Officer Olivier Loeillot said Repligen delivered a record third quarter, with revenue of $209 million and 12.5% organic growth, driven by continued strength across its diversified portfolio, improving end-market demand, healthy trends in consumables and services, and a growing capital equipment order book.
The company closed its acquisition of BioLife Solutions on October 6, strengthening its position in the high-growth cell therapy market. BioLife is expected to contribute approximately $24 million of fourth-quarter revenue, integration is progressing well, and the company has already taken actions to realize a sizable portion of expected first-year operating expense synergies.
Repligen raised its full-year 2026 guidance: total reported revenue of $844 million to $852 million, representing reported growth of 14.5% to 15.5% and organic growth of 12% to 13%, with adjusted diluted EPS of $2.05 to $2.09.
