Portland General Electric Reports Q3 on Oct. 29: EPS $1.06 Misses Estimates, Revenue $971 Million
Portland General Electric, based in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, reported third-quarter 2026 results on Oct. 29: adjusted earnings of $1.06 per share, missing the consensus estimate of $1.07 but up from $1.00 a year ago, an earnings surprise of -0.94%.
Quarterly revenue was $971 million, up from $952 million a year ago and 4.69% above the consensus estimate. Over the last four quarters, the company has topped revenue estimates twice but has not surpassed consensus EPS estimates in any of the four.
The company belongs to the utility-electric power industry. Its shares have lost about 7.8% since the beginning of the year, versus a 13.1% gain for the S&P 500, and the stock's near-term movement will depend largely on management's commentary on the earnings call.
