CSW Industrials, headquartered in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, reported on October 29 its results for the fiscal 2027 second quarter ended September 30, 2026. Revenue rose 31 percent to a record $361 million, driven by both acquisitions and organic growth, with the Contractor Solutions segment delivering 13 percent organic growth.
Earnings per share were $2.90, up 20 percent from $2.41 a year earlier. Adjusted EPS rose 24 percent to a record second-quarter $3.66. Net income attributable to CSW was $47 million, up 16 percent; adjusted EBITDA rose 33 percent to $97 million; and cash flow from operations rose 54 percent to $95 million, all records.
The company ended the quarter with net debt of $734 million, reflecting a debt paydown of $91 million during the quarter and a net leverage ratio of 2.10 times, within its stated target range of 1 to 3 times.
For the first half of the fiscal year, revenue rose 32 percent to $712 million; EPS improved 23 percent to a record $5.94; adjusted EPS rose 29 percent to $7.50; and net income rose 19 percent to $97 million. The company said strong operating cash flow supports further expansion.
