In an NBA game on the night of October 28 at Target Center in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, the Golden State Warriors beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 119-114 on the road, led by 44 points from Stephen Curry.
Curry shot 11 of 27 from the field and made all 16 of his free throws, adding eight rebounds and six assists. Yaxel Lendeborg scored 26 points on 11-of-20 shooting with nine rebounds. Golden State built its lead with 30-23 and 34-25 advantages in the first two quarters, and Minnesota's second-half rally fell short.
Jonathan Kuminga led the Timberwolves with 20 points, Terrence Shannon Jr. added 19 off the bench and Ayo Dosunmu scored 17. The Warriors improved to 2-3, while Minnesota fell to 3-2.
