印度内阁批准生活津贴上调3个百分点至63%：惠及约485万中央政府雇员与687万养老金领取者，年增支出约1,001.6亿卢比
印度联邦内阁10月28日在新德里批准，将中央政府雇员的生活津贴（DA）与养老金领取者的生活补贴（DR）各上调3个百分点，由基本工资或基本养老金的60%升至63%，追溯自2026年7月1日起生效，以补偿物价上涨。内阁会议由总理 Narendra Modi 主持。
印度新闻信息局表示，此次上调将惠及约485.4万名中央政府雇员与687.1万名养老金领取者，合计超过1,170万人；生活津贴与生活补贴合并计算，对国库的年度影响为约1,001.61亿卢比（₹10,016.10 crore）。由于新标准自7月1日起算，受益人还将获得其后数月的差额补发。
新闻信息局称，上调按既定公式执行，该公式以第七届中央薪酬委员会的建议为基础，与全印工业工人消费价格指数走势挂钩；上一档标准为自2026年1月1日起的60%。另按修订，适用第六届薪酬委员会标准者的生活津贴由262%升至269%，适用第五届者由483%升至497%，同自7月1日起生效。
India's Cabinet Raises Dearness Allowance by 3 Points to 63%: About 11.7 Million Employees and Pensioners Benefit, at ₹10,016 Crore a Year
India's Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approved in New Delhi on October 28 an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) for central government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) for pensioners, raising both by 3 percentage points, from 60% to 63% of basic pay or pension, with effect from July 1, 2026, to compensate against price rise.
The Press Information Bureau said the increase will benefit about 4.854 million central government employees and 6.871 million pensioners, more than 11.7 million people in total, with a combined impact on the exchequer of ₹10,016.10 crore per annum. Because the revision applies from July 1, beneficiaries are also due arrears for the months since.
The bureau said the increase follows the accepted formula based on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission and linked to the All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers; the previous instalment had set the rate at 60% from January 1, 2026. Rates were also revised for staff under older pay commissions, with DA under the 6th Pay Commission rising from 262% to 269% of basic pay and under the 5th from 483% to 497%, likewise from July 1.
