Visa 公司（Visa Inc.）发布通知：公司2027年度股东大会定于2027年1月26日（周二）太平洋时间上午8时30分举行。
年度股东大会是上市公司的例行治理程序，股东将就董事选举、高管薪酬与审计机构聘任等事项表决。按惯例，Visa 将在会前向股东发出正式的会议通知与委托书材料，列明各项议案与参会、投票方式；会议表决结果将在会后向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）申报披露。
Visa Sets Its 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for January 26, 2027
Visa Inc. has announced that its 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2027, at 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
The annual meeting is a routine part of corporate governance, at which shareholders vote on matters such as the election of directors, executive compensation and the appointment of auditors. As is customary, Visa will send shareholders a formal notice and proxy materials ahead of the meeting setting out the proposals and how to attend and vote; the voting results will be reported to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) after the meeting.
