中国公民Xiaoqin Yan逃离Danbury联邦监狱被加判10个月：服纵火与非法持枪刑期期间出逃、同日被捕
美国司法部康涅狄格区联邦检察官办公室宣布，中国公民 Xiaoqin Yan（32岁）10月28日在 Bridgeport 被联邦法官 Kari A. Dooley 判处额外10个月监禁，罪名是逃离位于康涅狄格州 Danbury 的联邦惩教所（FCI Danbury）。宣布此判的是康涅狄格区联邦检察官 David X. Sullivan。

Chinese National Xiaoqin Yan Sentenced to 10 Additional Months in Prison for Escaping from FCI Danbury in Connecticut
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut announced that Xiaoqin Yan, 32, a citizen of China, was sentenced on October 28 in Bridgeport by U.S. District Judge Kari A. Dooley to 10 months of additional imprisonment for escaping from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut (FCI Danbury). U.S. Attorney David X. Sullivan announced the sentence.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on December 10, 2024, Yan escaped from the Federal Satellite Low facility at FCI Danbury, where she was serving a federal prison sentence imposed in the Middle District of Alabama for arson and possession of a firearm by an illegal alien.
Yan was apprehended on December 10, 2024, and has been detained since her arrest. On April 10, 2026, she pleaded guilty to escape from the custody of the Attorney General.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation with the assistance of the Danbury Police Department and was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Anastasia E. King.
