怀俄明州拉勒米县夏延市消息：美国土地管理局（BLM）10月28日宣布，启动为期30天的公众征询，就可能纳入2027年6月怀俄明州油气租售的104宗地块、共123,166英亩征求公众意见，征询期11月27日截止。
BLM 表示，租赁是开发联邦油气资源的第一步；在开发作业开始之前，运营商必须提交钻井许可申请，详细说明开发计划，BLM 将审查申请、公开发布供公众审查、进行环境分析，并与州合作伙伴和利益相关方协调。纳入租售的所有地块都附有适当的限制条款，以保护重要的自然资源。地块地图和评议方法可通过 BLM 的 ePlanning 网站查询，租售信息也可通过国家流体租售系统获取，BLM 的租售均通过 Efficient Markets 平台在线举行。

BLM Opens Public Scoping on Oct. 28 for Wyoming's June 2027 Oil and Gas Lease Sale: 104 Parcels Totaling 123,166 Acres, Comments Due Nov. 27
CHEYENNE, Laramie County, Wyoming — The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announced on October 28 a 30-day public scoping period seeking input on 104 parcels totaling 123,166 acres that may be included in Wyoming's June 2027 oil and gas lease sale; comments are due November 27.
BLM said leasing is the first step in developing federal oil and gas resources; before development begins, operators must submit an application for permit to drill detailing their plans, which BLM reviews, posts publicly, analyzes environmentally, and coordinates with state partners and stakeholders. All parcels included in federal lease sales carry appropriate stipulations to protect important natural resources. Parcel maps and comment methods are available through BLM's ePlanning website, lease information is also available through the National Fluids Lease Sale System, and BLM sales are held online through the Efficient Markets platform.
BLM manages about 245 million acres of public land, located primarily in 12 western states including Alaska, and administers about 700 million acres of subsurface mineral estate nationwide.
