佐治亚州Johns Creek综合开发项目Medley10月29日开业：一期含约340套公寓与30多家商户
佐治亚州富尔顿县约翰斯克里克（Johns Creek）市消息：位于 Johns Creek Parkway 与 McGinnis Ferry Road 交口、占地43英亩的综合开发项目「Medley」（门牌 2140 Medley Boulevard）将于10月29日（周四）上午10时举行广场剪彩，正式对外开放；10月30日晚还将举办「Party on the Plaza」庆祝活动。
该项目由 Toro Development Company 开发。一期包括名为 Prelude 的公寓（约340套）以及30多家已公布的零售与餐饮商户，其中 Trader Joe's 已经开业，Shake Shack、Sephora 与 Northern China Eatery 等也在已公布名单之列。
新综合体开业后，将为约翰斯克里克及周边居民增添就近的购物与餐饮选择。各商户的具体开业时间以项目方公布为准。
Johns Creek's Medley Mixed-Use Development Opens October 29: First Phase Brings About 340 Apartments and 30-Plus Shops
JOHNS CREEK, Fulton County, Georgia — Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use development at the corner of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road (2140 Medley Boulevard), opens to the public on Thursday, October 29, with a plaza ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m.; a 'Party on the Plaza' celebration follows on the evening of October 30.
Developed by Toro Development Company, the first phase includes the Prelude apartment community (about 340 homes) and more than 30 announced retail and dining tenants. Trader Joe's is already open, with Shake Shack, Sephora and Northern China Eatery among the announced names.
Individual tenant opening dates are as announced by the project.
