被召回产品的 UPC 为 0 21425 01513 4，七个批次按包装上的销售截止日期（Sell By）与批号识别：10月12日、批号 3B1 274；10月14日、批号 3B1 277；10月15日、批号 3B1 278；10月17日、批号 3B1 280；10月18日、批号 3B1 281；10月19日、批号 3B1 282；10月21日、批号 3B1 284，对应有效期均为2026年10月相应日期。企业公告的发布日期为10月13日，FDA 于10月14日刊出。

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) posted a company allergy alert on October 14, 2026: Pan Pepin Inc. of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, is recalling seven lots of its Para Bien Al Grano bread, sold under the Para Bien brand in a 24-ounce box, because the product contains sesame that is not declared on the label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to sesame may risk a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product. The product was distributed throughout Puerto Rico.
The recalled product carries UPC 0 21425 01513 4. The seven lots are identified by the Sell By date and lot code printed on the package: October 12, lot 3B1 274; October 14, lot 3B1 277; October 15, lot 3B1 278; October 17, lot 3B1 280; October 18, lot 3B1 281; October 19, lot 3B1 282; and October 21, lot 3B1 284, with expiration dates on the corresponding days in October 2026. The company announcement date was October 13, 2026, and the FDA publish date was October 14, 2026.
Pan Pepin said consumers with a sesame allergy who purchased the affected products should not consume them, should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund, and should dispose of them if returning is not possible. 'At Pan Pepin Inc, consumer safety and transparency are our top priorities. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this recall may cause. We are taking immediate action to remove affected products from the market and strengthen our labeling and allergen verification procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future,' the company said.
