索尼互动娱乐通过PlayStation官方博客公布，PlayStation Plus 10月月度游戏阵容为《F1 25》《Hunt: Showdown 1896》与《地球防卫军 World Brothers 2》（Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2），全体PlayStation Plus会员自10月6日起可领取，领取期至11月2日（周一）截止；领取后只要保持有效会员资格即可继续游玩。9月阵容的领取已于10月5日结束。
三款作品平台与玩法各不相同：《F1 25》（PS5）是2025年FIA一级方程式世界锦标赛的官方游戏，含生涯模式、以车队老板身份经营的「我的车队2.0」，以及与朋友组队对阵电脑车手的F1 World多人模式；《Hunt: Showdown 1896》（PS5）是撤离射击游戏，玩家单独或最多带两名队友追踪首领、夺取赏金并撤离，同场还有怪物与其他猎人竞争；《地球防卫军 World Brothers 2》（PS5、PS4）采用体素画风，玩家从100多名角色中组建四人小队，支持四人在线合作与双人本地分屏。
PlayStation官方博客由索尼互动娱乐内容采购与运营高级总监 Adam Michel 署名发布该阵容，并提示月度游戏阵容可能因地区而异，会员应在领取日于PlayStation Store核对本地商店的实际上架情况。
PlayStation Plus October Monthly Games Claimable Through November 2: F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2
Sony Interactive Entertainment announced on the official PlayStation Blog that the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for October is F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2, available for all PlayStation Plus members to add to their libraries from October 6 through Monday, November 2; once claimed, the games remain playable while the membership stays active. September's monthly lineup closed for claiming on October 5.
The three titles differ in platform and play: F1 25 (PS5) is the official game of the 2025 FIA Formula One World Championship, with Career mode, My Team 2.0 played as a team owner, and an F1 World multiplayer mode where friends race as a squad against computer-controlled drivers; Hunt: Showdown 1896 (PS5) is an extraction shooter in which players, alone or with up to two teammates, track down bosses, claim the bounty and fight their way out while monsters and rival Hunters compete; and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 (PS5, PS4) uses a voxel style, with players assembling a four-soldier squad from more than 100 characters, four-player online co-op and two-player local split-screen.
The lineup post, by Adam Michel, Senior Director of Content Acquisition & Operations at Sony Interactive Entertainment, notes that the Monthly Games lineup may vary by region and that members should check the PlayStation Store on release day for their local offering.
