加州圣迭戈县10月27日举行2027-28年度计划策略听证：圣迭戈市县行政中心定四大联邦住房项目资助优先序

各计划覆盖范围并不相同。CDBG与ESG资助所谓「城市县」（Urban County）范围内的住房与社区发展活动，即县属未建制地区加上科罗纳多（Coronado）、德尔马（Del Mar）、帝国海滩（Imperial Beach）、莱蒙格罗夫（Lemon Grove）、波威（Poway）与索拉纳海滩（Solana Beach）六个参与城市；HOME计划的资助范围在此基础上再加卡尔斯巴德（Carlsbad）、恩西尼塔斯（Encinitas）、拉梅萨（La Mesa）、圣马科斯（San Marcos）、桑蒂（Santee）与维斯塔（Vista）六个联盟城市；HOPWA则服务整个圣迭戈县。

San Diego County, California Holds Oct. 27 Hearing on FY 2027-28 Annual Plan Strategy for Four Federal Housing Programs
In San Diego, a city in San Diego County, California, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing at 9 a.m. on October 27 in Room 310 of the County Administration Center, 1600 Pacific Highway, on the Fiscal Year 2027-28 Annual Plan Strategy, setting funding priorities for four federal entitlement programs: the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs. All four programs are administered by Housing and Community Development Services, part of the county Health and Human Services Agency. Coverage differs by program. CDBG and ESG fund housing and community development activities in the Urban County, made up of the unincorporated area plus six participating cities: Coronado, Del Mar, Imperial Beach, Lemon Grove, Poway, and Solana Beach. The HOME program covers the Urban County plus six Consortium cities: Carlsbad, Encinitas, La Mesa, San Marcos, Santee, and Vista. HOPWA serves the entire San Diego County region.
The public was invited to comment in person on local housing and community development needs, or in writing during the 30-day comment period ending October 27, addressed to Housing and Community Development Services, Community Development Division, 3989 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA 92123, by phone at 858-694-8756, or by email to [email protected]. People who are deaf or hard of hearing may contact the department at (800) 735-2929, and those needing assistance to participate were asked to contact staff at least five days before the meeting.
