北达科他州州长办公室10月27日在俾斯麦宣布，州长 Kelly Armstrong 与夫人 Kjersti 将于10月31日万圣节当天下午4时至6时开放州长官邸，邀请当地儿童与家庭上门参加“不给糖就捣蛋”活动。
州长官邸位于俾斯麦市 600 E. Boulevard Ave.。州长办公室表示，官邸届时将备好糖果迎接装扮上门的孩子们，这是州长夫妇与社区家庭共度万圣节的年度传统活动。
North Dakota Governor's Residence Opens for Halloween Trick-or-Treating Oct. 31, 4–6 p.m.
North Dakota Gov. Kelly Armstrong's office announced on Oct. 27 in Bismarck that the governor and First Lady Kjersti Armstrong will open the Governor's Residence to trick-or-treaters on Halloween, Oct. 31, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The Governor's Residence is located at 600 E. Boulevard Ave. in Bismarck. The governor's office said candy will be handed out to costumed children at the annual community Halloween tradition.
