肯塔基州长 Beshear 宣布：小企业局批准6月风暴灾害声明，19县居民与企业可申请联邦低息灾害贷款
肯塔基州州长办公室10月27日在法兰克福宣布，美国小企业局（SBA）已批准州长 Andy Beshear 的申请，就2026年6月17日至30日严重风暴发布灾害声明，覆盖全州19个县，受灾居民、企业与非营利组织即日起可申请联邦低息灾害贷款。
据州长办公室介绍，6月中下旬的严重风暴在肯塔基州造成6人死亡，并给多地民宅与企业带来损失。灾害声明使受灾房主可申请用于修复或更换受损不动产与个人财产的低息贷款，企业与非营利组织可申请实物损失与经济损失贷款。
州长办公室提醒，实物损失贷款申请截止日期为2026年12月28日，经济损失贷款申请截止日期为2027年7月26日。受灾者可通过小企业局灾害贷款网站在线申请，或致电小企业局客户服务中心咨询。
Kentucky Gov. Beshear Announces SBA Disaster Declaration for June Storms Covering 19 Counties
Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear's office announced on Oct. 27 in Frankfort that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved the governor's request for a disaster declaration for the severe storms of June 17–30, 2026, covering 19 counties, allowing affected residents, businesses and nonprofits to apply for low-interest federal disaster loans.
According to the governor's office, the mid-to-late June storms killed six people in Kentucky and damaged homes and businesses across multiple communities. The declaration makes low-interest loans available to homeowners for repairing or replacing damaged real estate and personal property, and to businesses and nonprofits for physical and economic injury losses.
The physical property loan application deadline is Dec. 28, 2026, and the economic injury loan deadline is July 26, 2027. Survivors can apply online through the SBA disaster loan portal or contact the SBA customer service center.
