LA County Library: Free Next Chapter Writers' Summit in West Hollywood on Nov. 14
The West Hollywood Library, in the city of West Hollywood, Los Angeles County, California, will host LA County Library's Next Chapter Writers' Summit & Book Fair from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 14. The daylong event is free and open to the public.
LA County Library describes the summit on its official event page as "a free daylong celebration of books, storytelling, and belonging." The program includes author talks, panel discussions, book signings and a book fair. A headline conversation brings together Roxane Gay, author of Bad Feminist, and Taylor Jenkins Reid, author of Daisy Jones & The Six, in conversation with LA County Library Director Dr. Skye Patrick.
Most of the summit is free to attend; a few sessions, such as one-on-one agent meetings and editor roundtables, require separate registration, which opened on October 7 — see the LA County Library event page for details. The West Hollywood Library is at 625 N. San Vicente Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069.
