Rockets center Alperen Sengun scored a game-high 29 points and added nine rebounds and nine assists to pace a balanced attack.
Jabari Smith Jr. paired 16 points with 12 rebounds, Kevin Durant added 22 points and nine boards, and Tari Eason and Reed Sheppard scored 13 points apiece off the bench. The quarter scores were 32-35, 31-31, 28-19 and 29-25, with Houston taking control behind a 28-19 third quarter.
