美国伊利诺伊州库克县芝加哥市，美国农业部食品安全检验局（FSIS）曾于10月6日发布公共卫生警示：两款Grace牌冷藏鸡肉香肠因标签错误、未申报过敏原被列入警示，两款均为140克包装，包装上标有企业编号「EST. NO G-01」。芝加哥华文媒体10月27日再次提醒本地消费者检查家中冷藏食品。

In Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) issued a public health alert on October 6: two refrigerated Grace brand chicken sausage products were flagged for misbranding and undeclared allergens. Both products are 140-gram packages bearing the establishment number "EST. NO G-01." Chinese-language media in Chicago reminded local consumers on October 27 to check refrigerated foods at home.
According to FSIS, the products were distributed to retail and wholesale locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and Texas. Because the products are no longer on sale, the notice was issued as an alert rather than a recall. As of the alert, there had been no reports of illness linked to the products.
FSIS advises consumers who have the products not to eat them and to throw them away or return them to the place of purchase. Food safety questions can be directed to the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854.
