国土安全部公布ICE最新逮捕名单：5人涉一级谋杀与性侵儿童等定罪 一人在加州South Gate定罪

DHS Publishes Latest ICE 'Worst of the Worst' Arrests: Five Convicted of Murder, Child Sex Abuse and Sexual Assault
WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said on October 27 that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested more criminal illegal aliens with serious convictions across the country the previous day, publishing a list of five people convicted of crimes including first-degree murder, statutory rape of a person under 14, and sexual assault. One of those listed had been convicted in South Gate, California.
"Criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the United States. Yesterday, ICE arrested murderers, pedophiles, sexual predators, and other public safety threats from our communities," said Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin. "DHS doesn't make the laws – it's our job to enforce the law. The law is clear, the mission continues, and we won't apologize for removing illegal aliens from our country."
According to DHS, yesterday's arrests include: Juan Flores-Ruvalcaba, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted of first-degree murder and second-degree assault in King County, Washington; Jose Manuel Gasca-Hernandez, from Mexico, convicted of statutory rape/statutory sodomy with a person less than 14 years old in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri; and Nicholas Pastrana-Salinas, from Mexico, convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child in South Gate, California.
The list also includes Wilmer Elpido Padilla-Campos, from Honduras, convicted of sexual assault in Salt Lake City, Utah; and Orlando Manuel Ventura, from Mexico, convicted of possession of Schedule I or II drugs, identity theft, and driving while intoxicated in Culpeper, Virginia.
DHS said Americans can see more public safety threats arrested in their communities on its webpage at WOW.DHS.Gov.
